Barbados-Almond Beach Village
Barbados, often called the "Little England" of the Caribbean, blends the finer elements of British tradition with warm island hospitality. Barbados is one of the first democracies in the New World and a regional leader in education and commerce. Explore the many beaches, rolling countryside, charming villages, old sugar mills and plantations that represent the colonial past of the island. Tour the East Coast where Atlantic waves are a surfer's paradise. Shop in the capital city or stay out late to party in the nightlife. The average annual temperature ranges from 70°F–87°F.
This all-inclusive resort is surrounded by 30 acres of lush trees and tropical gardens. Family and couples alike delight in the numerous activities. Nine freshwater swimming pools, five tennis courts, a nine-hole golf course, squash courts, fitness center, and whirlpool all available. Guests can also try their hand at a variety of watersports, including scuba-diving, reef-fishing, kayaking, aqua-cycling, banana-boating, snorkeling, sailing, water-skiing, and windsurfing. Four restaurants, four bars, a cocktail lounge, poolside bar, coffee shop, and nightclub are on the premises. (Adult/Couple area separated quite well from Family Area, children are not running through the area and are on other side of resort, it’s very relaxing. Small, yet fun dance floor in main lounge, great music)
